AOV has already enjoyed incredible popularity in Southeast Asian regions such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. In these regions, it regularly tops the number one spot on both the App Store as well as the Play Store. Garena is looking at the same popularity in Malaysia. The game will be available in English, Chinese, and Malay for Malaysians.

For the AOV release in Malaysia, players are able to acquire up to 14 permanent heroes for free. Upon completion of the tutorial, players are granted 2 free heroes, easily obtainable for the first 20 minutes of gameplay. Players will then start on the Road to Glory quest, which will allow them to acquire another 8 free champions simply by playing 3 games for each of them. The remaining 4 heroes can be obtained by playing with friends.

As an added bonus, Malaysia’s leading telco companies have plans to provide free gaming data to play AOV in Malaysia. Digi will be giving away an AOV in-game reward to ‘MyDigi’ application users. Jinna the Zen Master will be available for the first 500 players to redeem the hero on the app.
Another way players can win a free hero is through the AOV Influencer Program. By uploading a video with #AOVOMG that reaches over 100 views, anyone can stand a chance to win a hero of their choice!
